Fitness Freak

Life is all about growth (physical, mental, spiritual) and change, and being fit is a key ingredient.  I'm always looking for a new workout, and I've been finding comfort in pushing myself out of my comfort zone in Equinox's TRX Class.  It helps when you have an instructor like Nyree Brown (http://nyreesbodies.com) pushing you to the brink!
